Returns Policy

We have an absolute satisfaction guaranteed policy on our products.  If you are for any reason unsatisfied with the quality or workmanship of the products, please return for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Shipping is either by the United State Postal Service or UPS. 

All bowls will be shipped for a flat rate of $6 within the 48 Continental United States.  Shipments outside the continental US will be calculated based upon weight and destination.  Pen orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail for a flat shipping and handling fee of $6 per order.
